General Office Sanitizing, Disinfection, and Cleaning: 

Plan: B Cleaning can clean about 500-600 square feet of office space per hour (when space is left in a workable condition). 

Dusting: High (ceiling areas and walls)/low (baseboards) dust-remove cobwebs; Surface dusting-all flat surfaces hand-wiped with a microfiber towel;

Floors: Vacuum carpets: Sweep and wet mop floors hard surface floors with a ph Neutral cleaner;

Walls: Mirrors & pictures left clean and shiny;

Trash: Trash removed and relined with plastic bags;

Break-room: Disinfect and Sanitize countertop, stovetop, outside/top of the fridge and inside microwave; Sink is disinfected and left clean; Sweep and wet mop the floors with Microfiber Mops.

Bathrooms: Disinfect, sanitize and wash all showers, tubs, commodes, and sinks; Sweep and mop the floor.

Plan: B Initial + Rotation Office Cleaning

Plan: B can clean 600-700 square feet of office space per hour (when the space is left in workable condition) The BEST maintenance cleaning plan for a Healthy work environment. Plan: B will perform a deep clean in the break-room and bathrooms with a General office cleaning on the rest of the home. Every visit after Plan: B Cleaning will deep clean one office per visit and perform a General Clean on the rest of your work environment. These are places that typically do not get the cleaning attention:

Trim around windows and doors

Door panels, window sills, baseboards.

Light fixtures/ceiling fans.

Blinds/shutters.

Commercial Cleaning at Plan: B Cleaning:

Our team can clean 300-400 square feet per hour of office space (when space is left in workable condition) Plan: B uses the Top to Bottom-Left to Right method of cleaning our team will perform a Rotation Cleaning in every room of your office space. Our Deep-Detail Commercial Office Cleaning Service Includes:

Clean, sanitize and disinfect the inside of cabinets, drawers (for move-in/move out cleans)

Appliances-Clean the inside of refrigerators, oven, stove top and microwave

Inside windows, if needed

Carpets steam cleaned, if needed

Air ducts cleaned, if needed

Pressure washing on the outside business, parking lots, etc, if needed

How is a General & Deep Clean different?

For Deep Clean:

All surfaces-baseboards, touch points, blinds, doors, trim, are hand wiped to clean and disinfect. Light fixtures are taken down and cleaned (within 3 step ladder reach).    

Floor vent covers are removed and washed. Ducts are vacuumed to the length of the hose. 

Fronts of cabinets are hand wiped (drawers are vacuumed and wet wiped when necessary) 

What kind of cleaning solutions do you use?

We use all Proctor & Gamble Mr. Clean Professional line of cleaning products: 

  • Comet with Bleach - Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach
  • Spic and Span - Disinfecting All-Purpose Spray & Glass Cleaner
  • Mr. Clean - Finished Floor Cleaner
  • Febreze -Professional Fabric Refresher with Gain
How much do your charge for cleaning?

For Residential Cleaning:

The minimum is $180. This gives you two people for two hours of cleaning, a total of four cleaning technician hours.

For Commercial and Office Cleaning:

Each space is unique and presents the need for a custom quotation. Please contact our office at (770) 422-5326

Do we need to be present for the clean?

It’s totally your choice. You may stay the entire time, you may leave the entire time or come and go as you please. This is your space, and we appreciate being there to help clean. 

Do you bring our own cleaning supplies?

Yes we do, our cleaning technicians are trained on these products and equipment and they are comfortable using them.

Do you send the same team for each clean?

For everyone’s comfort and understand that is our goal. When someone is out at least one person knows your space and can comfortably guide the other team member for a 5-Star cleaning for you. If both people on the team are out, we will contact you and let you know. 

Are you insured?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
